Started taking this Irish Sea Moss a month ago and found my immunity has improved, no more runny nose and low energy. Exactly what I needed this winter season!

After consuming these capsules for the past month, I gotta say, one of the best supplements I added to my regimen. Benefits that I personally experienced were:
- There will be mornings where I don't have an appetite for breakfast. And so, I'll take Numoss and it aided in reducing my hunger sensation. As well as, feeling less 'Hangry' when lunch time is around the corner.
- Numoss is also great if I want to cut out coffee for a couple of days; by consuming the capsules, I feel less dependent on coffee because Numoss would give me energy through out the day.
- Haven't gotten sick since I received my first purchase!
